While this looks funny there is something that is bugging me about it. The execution of it is good. The shots chosen possibly the best to match the audio however I don't find myself laughing. It should be funny right?
I dont find myself laughing at this next piece either.
A singing Hitler was cutting edge and funny around, 1968 or so. The hand gestures almost worked a couple of times, but it just falls flat. Any irony of a racist singing a tune about African American upwards mobility is lost. Ever since "Downfall" the human Hitler has been the one to seek out.
I missed that Bruno Ganz film. I guess I should see it. Maybe a night of Benny/Lombard "To be or not to be" With Downfall. It'll be like watching Sideways then Lost Weekend.
That sounds like good double header. My favorite video store in the Mission, also called Lost Weekend, used to have wacky non sequitur two-for-one double bill rentals. Some favorites: "Blow/The Job", "Titanic/That Sinking Feeling" and (my all time favorite) "Howard's End/Booty Call".

It looks like they used the same film as the person who made this GIF.

Now that is funny!
