Mac

It's not a cult or a lifestyle, it's a tool and so are you.

Bill,
I like the cut of your jib.

This guys's points were almost totally inaccurate 4 years ago when this first hit the net. PC fanboys never have current or accurate criticisms of Apple.

Here's the thing with Mac vs. PC: both of them suck. Linux sucks, too. Your favorite operating system sucks. All of them have quirks and flaws that must be dealt with. I think the anti-Mac stance comes from the Mac zealot claims that "It just works! You plug it in and it does everything you want in exactly the way you want!" - which is, of course, bullshit.

I'm MUCH more comfortable on a Windows-based machine; not because Windows is awesome, but because I know how it works. I know a lot of people who are much more comfortable on Macs for the same reason.

As for this guy: he was articulating actual problems he saw with actual devices he was using. How is that inaccurate?

My only truly negative Mac experience has been with using iWeb. I thought nothing could be worse than FrontPage. I was wrong.
